NBC launched a new to market streaming service focusing on reality content. As a new brand with low levels of consumer recognition, the initial media mix of above-the-line, paid search and social were struggling to deliver the target volume required at an efficient CPA.  


We launched an affiliate programme across high volume, highly relevant sites and in-app placements. A key element to driving awareness and trialist volume was supporting the main CPA payment model with tenancy packages, CPA boosts, influencer activity and tailored promotions. This ensured prominent placement on relevant sites around hero programming.


Before the activity was set live we worked closely with the hayu team to on a real time reporting solution that enabled us to evaluate the performance, and forecast LTV on a daily basis. 
The campaign exceeded target by 6%, went live in 20 countries and received two performance marketing awards.
