SITUATION NextUp is a digital comedy club streaming incredible unseen sets from the best of comedy’s rising stars and established talent. NextUp had successfully built its customer base through their presence in the UK comedy scene and engaged with Planit to provide scale through digital marketing.
SOLUTION Planit launched a wide range of paid media channels supported with an affiliate programme, in addition to a reporting structure that provided the Planit team with a real time attributed view of performance across all activity. The final piece of the jigsaw was a Conversion Rate Optimisation project. IMPACT Optimising the campaign through the funnel provided a significant increase in site traffic introducing multiple new audiences to the platform. The optimisation drastically reduced the average cost per click, whilst the Conversation Rate Optimisation piece saw a huge increase in signups. The overall impact saw more customers at drastically a reduced cost per acquisition.
