SITUATION Which? is the UK’s most trusted source of consumer information, providing millions with valuable knowledge on a range of consumer issues. Planit migrated their long running affiliate programme from a major network to the “Planit Agency Solution”, reducing the cost of acquisition whilst more than doubling the volume of sales.

SOLUTION Planit achieved success through a combination of new affiliate recruitment, and just as importantly introducing a multi-tiered performance-pricing strategy. This required a detailed period of analysis to understand the retention rates that each affiliate provided, and then rewarding the better affiliates with higher payouts. IMPACT
